Our rich Fruit Cake with Brandy is a deeply indulgent, moist cake packed with succulent vine fruits and gently infused with brandy for a wonderfully warming flavour. Whether enjoyed with a cup of tea or served in small slices as part of an afternoon tea, it’s a classic treat for any occasion.

All of our cakes are baked to perfection using the finest ingredients and traditional, time-honoured recipes.

Ingredients

Sultanas (40%) (Sultanas, Sunflower Oil), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Eggs, Brandy (10%), Vegetable Oil (Palm, Rapeseed, Water, Salt, Natural Flavouring), Cherries (6%) (Cherries, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Anti-Oxidant: Citric Acid, Natural Colour: Anthocyanins, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Mixed Peel (3%) (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Orange Peel, Sugar, Lemon Peel, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Glucose Syrup, Black Treacle (Cane Molasses, Invert Sugar Syrup), Glycerine, Raising Agent: Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate.

For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. Not suitable for nut & sesame allergy sufferers: may also contain mustard, milk, peanut, soya and other gluten sources (oat, spelt, rye, barley).
