Some items (mainly food items) may not be available to order internationally. These will be highlighted at the checkout.

Postage costs and shipping times can vary depending on the country. All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, so shop away and then head to the checkout and the postage costs will be calculated before you complete your purchase. 

Please note the delivery fee excludes any applicable import charges and taxes. These will be payable in the destination county. Please check in advance if in doubt.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned and we do not accept returns on beauty products such as creams and other similar products.
