Imperial Gunpowder Loose Leaf Green Tea in Caddy
This traditional Chinese tea is named after it’s distinctive shape, said to resemble gunpowder. The fresh tea leaves are steamed, tightly rolled and dried in steel pans over a fire. Once infused in hot water, they unfurl and release their delicate flavour, creating a delightfully fresh-tasting green tea.
Use one tea spoon of tea leaves per person. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-4 minutes. Best served without milk.
