Honduras Single Origin Coffee
A medium roast coffee, mellow and aromatic in flavour, notes of caramel, nuts with sweet berry undertones.
Coffee was first brought to Honduras in the 18th Century, it was originally cultivated by a few small-scale farmers. Support from the USA and the United States Agency for International Development helped the coffee industry in Honduras, helping farmers to expand production and improve infrastructure. Faced some major hits but bounced back and is increasing its speciality coffee industry.
Hand roasted in Yorkshire in small batches.
