Gingerbread Biscuit

Fortified wheat flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin – Vitamin B3, Thiamine – Vitamin B1), partially inverted refiners syrup, vegetable oils (non-hydrogenated palm oil and palm kernel oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, natural flavourings), sugar, ground ginger, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.

Natural Vanilla White Icing

Sugar, glucose syrup, water, rapeseed oil, rice starch, emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), natural flavouring,
colour (titanium dioxide), maltodextrin, gelling agent (pectin), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Red Pearls (coloured sugar ball decorations)

Sugar, glucose syrup, concentrates (carrot, elderberry, lemon, safflower), glazing agent (coconut oil, beeswax).
