This is a smooth, elegant Chinese green tea without a hint of bitterness. Sencha tea is made in a unique way - the tender buds are dried with steam for a fresh, delicate flavour. It's one of Taylor's favourite green teas in the world.
Boil fresh water and leave to cool for a minute. Use one tea bag per person. Infuse for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy just as it is.
