Rwanda Single Origin Coffee
This is a beautiful experimentally processed lot from the Karongi District in the West.
Much of Rwanda’s coffee is fully washed, the cherries which contributed to this lot have spent 24 hours in a cool dark room before being pulped which has encouraged an extra step of fermentation adding real complexity and juiciness to the cup.
This is a coffee full of flavour with notes of raspberry, dark chocolate and peach. It’s body and intricate flavour make it a versatile brew being well suited to a host of methods ranging from V60 to Espresso.
